This policy explains what Assetly collects and how we use it. We collect only what we need to run the Service.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication details (managed by our auth provider, Supabase).
• Billing data: a customer ID, plan, and credit balance. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.
• Content you create: images you upload and generate may be stored so they appear in your history. Prompts you enter are used to produce your output.
• Basic usage data: standard logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

To provide the Service, process payments, maintain your account and history, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us operate: Supabase (accounts, database, storage), Stripe (payments), and Google (Gemini) and similar AI providers (to generate your requested output). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Storage in your browser

We use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. You may also request a copy of your data.
