1. The Service

Assetly (the “Service”) is a web-based software toolkit that lets you generate and edit digital design and marketing assets for mobile apps — including AI image generation, app icons, App Store screenshots, background removal, mockups, and App Store Optimization (ASO) text. The Service is provided as software only; it delivers no physical goods.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use paid features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Credits, Plans & Billing

Paid features consume “credits.” Credits can be purchased as one-time packs or included with a monthly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us, and cancellation stops future renewals. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

4. Refunds

Because credits unlock instant digital output, used credits are non-refundable. If you are unhappy or have unused credits, contact us at the address below and we will review refund requests in good faith.

5. Acceptable Use & Your Content

You retain ownership of the images and content you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, generate, edit, or distribute through the Service. You agree not to use the Service to create or process content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates a third party’s intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights. Any watermark- or object-removal tools are intended only for content you own or are licensed to modify.

6. Intellectual Property

Subject to these terms and your compliance with them, you may use outputs you generate for your own apps and marketing. The Service software, branding, and underlying technology remain ours.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI output may be imperfect and is not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, or fit for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes & Termination

We may update these terms or the Service over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
